Return Policy

  • Time Frame: Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of the Product: Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unused. Products showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Customized Products: Personalized or custom-made blankets are not eligible for returns due to the nature of these unique products.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
  • Tags and Labels: All tags and labels should be intact and attached to the product
  • Return Authorization: To ensure a smooth return process, please obtain a return authorization from our customer service before sending your item back.
  • Refund Inspection: We will inspect the returned product upon arrival and send an email notification confirming the receipt and status of your refund.

Exchanges

Gift Returns If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
